Refund Policy

At J&M Designs, we take pride in creating handmade, custom products with care and attention to detail. Please review our refund policy below before placing your order:
All Sales Are Final on custom items

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the error is on our end.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, J&M Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting your local post office for further assistance.
